Maja Kalanoska, LLM
Director & Immigration Adviser
Maja is a corporate immigration law specialist and founder of MVK Legal. She has extensive experience helping digital technology experts, innovators and entrepreneurs navigate the UK immigration system and build their futures in the UK.
She has developed particular expertise in the Global Talent and Innovator Founder routes. Her clients include internationally recognised digital technology experts, scientists, researchers and artists who have secured UK residence through these routes.
Maja also supports UK companies to hire, relocate and retain international talent, and advises overseas businesses on UK expansion. Her career spans multiple countries and jurisdictions, and she is a former staff member of the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR).
She is regularly consulted as an external expert by international and regional organisations, including the UN, the OSCE and USAID.
Ajay Madhu More
Immigration Adviser
Ajay is an IAA-accredited Immigration Adviser at Level 1 with more than three years of experience in UK immigration law. He holds an LLB from the University of Mumbai and an LLM from The University of Law.
He advises individuals, families, entrepreneurs and businesses on personal and business immigration, sponsor licensing and international mobility. His practical knowledge and strategic thinking help him shape advice around each client’s wider objectives.
Before specialising in UK immigration, Ajay gained legal experience overseas, assisting with corporate, civil, criminal and arbitration matters. He has also supported public figures and business leaders on matters requiring discretion, careful preparation and close attention to detail.
